Life Coaching Lessons: Grief Recovery & Reunion Process

I lost six family members within six months in 2008 including both of my parents who adopted and raised me.

I have been reunited with my entire biological family since 1998 at age 24 then and understand sorting out mixed emotions.

Disclaimer: I am not a licensed professional but do obtain a masters degree including a concentration in Educational Psychology. I facilitated Grief Recovery classes for many years. I also have provided support for many people experiencing a reunion process. I have been reunited with my entire biological family for the twenty seven years.

I help give people the tools they need for Grief Recovery as they learn to live life as they cope with loss. I also assist people experiencing the reunion process.
